        (W) 4.4 × (L) 9.37 × (H) 2.1 mm
      2. 60 V type couples high capacity (0.45 A) with low on resistance (Typ. 1 Ω) (AQW612S)
      3. Applicable for 1 Form A and 1 Form B use as well as two independent 1 Form A and 1 Form B use
      4. Controls low-level analog signals
      5. Low-level off-state leakage current of max. 1 μA
