When using the MINAS A7 dedicated "PANATERM", use a Type-C cable that complies with the USB2.0 Full-speed / High-speed USB standard to connect the computer and driver.
To reduce the effects of noise, attaching ferrite cores to both ends of the cable is recommended.

Trial run

Trial run functionFrequency measurement function
PANATERM can be used to perform trial runs of servo motors without a host device. Settting operation limits and Z-phase search are also available.Frequency characteristics of the machine including the motor can be measured, the bode diagram can be displayed.
Measuring the machine's resonance points and frequency response contributes to shortening analysis and start-up times.
Measurement results can be saved to a file.

The operating status and I/O information of multiple servo drivers can be displayed in a list, making it easy to understand each status.Various data during operation can be recorded in the servo driver, making it possible to collect detailed data in short cycles. Detailed analysis can be smoothly performed when an error occurs.

Multi-axis measurementTime stamp
The internal information of multiple servo motors and servo drivers can be measured, and the results can be displayed in a waveform graph. These measurement conditions, measurement data, and parameters can also be saved to a file.The time stamp function allows details of the time when an alarm occurred for each axis to be known, so it is possible to find out which axis the alarm occurred first, which axis the alarm occurred next, and so on, and analyze the true cause of the problem.

Changes in load characteristics are constantly monitored, and any symptomatic changes in the servo motor are detected. This allows for early detection of anything "unusual" with the device.The torque command value is constantly diagnosed while operating at a constant speed. Pre-failure detection is performed for the drive components and the motor itself.
