Measuring thickness in order to maintain uniform urethane foam sheet thickness

You wish to measure thickness in a precise manner so that you can maintain uniform urethane foam thickness (within ±100 μm).

[Issue] Unevenness caused by surface bubbles

Since the surface of the urethane foam sheet is made uneven by bubbles, it’s difficult to make stable measurements using a reflective displacement sensor.
