Basic Information

Ideal for anti-absentmindness in assembly lines
The SL-VPK01 is a pipe attachment type picking switch.

    Lamp colors selectable

    It can be selectable from green (default), red, blue, and a two-stage indication*.
    *The address configuration remote control (sold separately) is required in order to select the lamp color.

    Set and check the address with a remote control

    It’s easy to set the address and select the lamp color with the SL-VAR1 address setting remote controller (optional).
    This approach dramatically reduces work by eliminating the need to turn setting switches on and off and memorize switch combinations as in the past. Additionally, the remote control can be used to check the current settings
     

    Up to 256 picking switches can be connected to one S-LINK V control unit

     The SL-VPK01 has one input and one output.
    Since each S-LINK V control unit has 512 inputs and outputs, up to 256 SL-VPK01 units can be connected.

    Improve productivity using picking system

    Due to considerable lack of skilled operators recently, an enormous amount of time is required to train operators.
    Installing the picking system allows even novice operators to perform assembly properly according to the lighting sequence of the picking indicator. In addition, the picking system performs checks each time a part is picked up, and warns the operator when an incorrect part is picked up, which reduces manufacturing defects and improves productivity.
