Cautions For Use

Limitation of combination

Limitation of combination of units
1.Up to 3 expansion or intelligent units can be connected to each base control unit.
2.There is no restriction on the type and the order in which expansion units are installed.
3. The relay output type and transistor type can be used in conjunction with each other.

Expansion method
No special expansion cables are required as the expansion unit employs a stacking system that uses expansion connectors and lock levers on the unit.

Controllable I/O points when expansion units are added

Type of control unitControl unit onlyWhen the expansion unit is the same output type as the control unitWhen the expansion unit is a transistor output type
C1010 pointsMax. 58 pointsMax. 106 points
C1414 pointsMax. 62 pointsMax. 110 points
C1616 pointsMax. 112 pointsMax. 112 points
C32/T3232 pointsMax. 128 pointsMax. 128 points

Controllable I/O points of S-LINK control unit

When expansion units are added, control of up to 224 points is possible by using the S-LINK section and expansion section in combination.

  • Controllable I/O points of S-LINK section : Max. 128 points
  • Controllable I/O points of expansion section : Max. 96 points

Unit's current consumption table

Type of unitsControl unitExpansion unitInput circuitOutput circuit
The current consumed
by the control unit power
supply connector. If
expansion units or
intelligent units are added,
the current is increased by
the value indicated below.
The current consumed
by the expansion unit power
supply connector. If
a unit is not listed below,
it means that it has no
power supply connector.
The current consumed by
the input circuits of the
various units. The value
indicates the current that
flows into the input circuit.
"n" indicates the number of
points that are on.
The current consumed by
the output circuits of the
various units. The value
indicates the current used to
drive the output circuit.
"n" indicates the number
of points that are on.
The value does not include
the load current value.
