About WH BSP

The latest BSP for the WH are available.
xAscender Suite Ver.4.5 should be installed to use the latest BSP.
Programmable dsiplay WH series main unit Ver.3.1.32 later versions cannot use with previous version xAscender Suite previous Ver4.0.0 Build519.
Download the latest xAscender Suite Ver.4.5 from the software download page.

Software License Agreement

Please note that acceptance of the Software License Agreement is a condition for using this software.
Please carefully review the contents and proceed with the installation only if you agree to its terms.

How to Install

1. Click on the title of the file name (listed below) that you want to download and indicate the download destination.

*When you already have indicated the download destination, the file will be downloaded automatically.

If you do not agree to the "Software License Agreement," you will not be able to download this software.
Please read the "Software License Agreement" in its entirety and check "I have read and agree to the license agreement."

Download files are different depends on part No.
Please kindly download below file according to product you use.
Decompress the download file.

*1 When AWHA1C050 is Ver.1.0.615, it is necessary to upgrade to Ver.1.0.808 and then to Ver.3.1.32 or higher. Please download Ver.1.0.808 from here.

When version up for Programmable display WH series main unit, delete setting and project data due to initialize WH series.
Backup setting value note and project data before doing below.

2. Access to WH series itself system setting page on web browser.

Connect WH series and PC with LAN cable. Enter the URL address "https://[IP address]/machine_config" on web browser.
Supported browser are Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
When login page show up, log in with admin right of WH main unit.

3. Version-Up "Config OS"

Click "Management" tab, then Click "Update" button in "Config OS".
Click "Browser Image" button, select "un**-configos-x.x.xxx.tar.gz"file.
Click "Browse MD5" button, select "un**-configos-x.x.xxx.tar.gz.md5"file.
Click "PROCEED" button and start "Config OS" version-up.
After complete version-up, message show-up.
Note：You certainly should not turn the power off during version-up.

4. Version-Up "Main OS"

Click "Management" tab, then Click "Update"button in "Main OS".
Click "Browser Image" button, select "un**-mainos-x.x.xxx.tar.gz"file.
Click "Browse MD5" button, select "un**-configos-x.x.xxx.tar.gz.md5"file.
Click "PROCEED" button and start "Config OS" version-up.
During version-up, message initialize WH itself, click "OK" button.
After complete version-up, reboot WH main unit automatically.
Note：You certainly should not turn the power off during version-up.
