We regret to inform you that we have identified an error in applying for the registration of certification from the UL Solutions (“UL”), an independent safety certification body in the United States, in relation to the change of parts used in the Programmable Controller FP2 Power Supply Unit FP2-PSA3 (AFP2633).

Panasonic did not apply for changes to the parts in UL certification registration process and sold products without the appropriate registration of changes to the certification.

• We have confirmed within our company that no product safety issue has been identified as a result of the parts change. As of date, we have not received any claim from customers regarding any defects caused by this issue.
• We have reported this incident to UL and are working with UL to prevent reoccurrence of the errors.
