１．Importance of periodic inspection and maintenance
Over a long period of use, internal components of control equipment may deteriorate or become abnormal.
In particular, unexpected problems or accidents may occur in the electrical components around the connectors.
Regular inspection and maintenance can prevent these risks and ensure safe and stable operation.
2．Frequency and content of periodic inspection and maintenance
Periods for periodic inspections and maintenance depend on the operating environment and frequency.
JEM-TR128 provides information on periodic inspections and maintenance cycles. (See excerpt below)
Check for abnormalities by referring to the following periodic inspections.
Since our company products cannot be disassembled, check the condition of the cables and connectors and replace them as necessary.
In particular, discoloration, rust, or corrosion of the cables and connectors may cause contact failure, so replace them immediately.

2.2.2 Periodic inspection (normal inspection)
A planned inspection to confirm and maintain the functions of the board. Stop the equipment, check for abnormalities, and disassemble the equipment if necessary. The inspection cycle should be at least once every six months or once a year.
