About Setup Support Software "PANATERM" Download

This software is applicable only to A6 / A5 Family.

This software is available for free download from our website.

If version up, it is necessary to uninstall the old PANATERM before installing new one. Even though PANATERM is uninstalled, .NET Framework is left in PC.

*6 If Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 is not installed, please install .NET Framework 4.8 from the Microsoft website. Also, if you are asked to restart your computer after installation, please do so.

*7 For Microsoft Windows 8.1, check "7. Troubleshooting"-"Failed to install [PANATERM USB Driver]" in the operation manual before installing.

How to Install

1. Click on the title of the file name (listed below) that you want to download and indicate the download destination.

*When you already have indicated the download destination, the file will be downloaded automatically.

2. Copy the downloaded file to an arbitrary location.

Decompress the downloaded file and copy PANATERM installer (setup.exe) into an arbitrary folder.
